Questo layout, tipico delle pompe multistadio compatte, consente di raddoppiare la prevalenza rispetto a un modello monogirante a parità di portata, senza aumentare l'ingombro assiale. La prima girante incrementa la pressione del fluido in ingresso; la seconda la eleva ulteriormente, generando una spinta complessiva adatta a sollevamenti verticali fino a 7 metri di altezza di aspirazione.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eDal punto di vista costruttivo, il corpo pompa e il supporto motore sono realizzati in ghisa EN-GJL-200, materiale con eccellente smorzamento vibrazionale e resistenza alla corrosione atmosferica. Le due giranti sono in ottone CB753S, lega specifica per applicazioni idrauliche che combina resistenza meccanica e lavorabilità. L'albero motore in acciaio inox AISI 304 garantisce immunità dalla corrosione elettrolitica anche in presenza di acque leggermente aggressive. La tenuta meccanica è di tipo ceramica\/grafite\/NBR, certificata per temperature fino a 90°C.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eUn aspetto distintivo è la classificazione IP55 del motore: protezione totale contro le polveri (5) e contro i getti d'acqua da tutte le direzioni (5). Questo grado di protezione rende la pompa installabile in ambienti severi: locali tecnici interrati con condensa, cabine di irrigamento esposte a pioggia, o aree industriali con presenza di polveri sottili. L'isolamento Classe F (155°C) e il servizio continuo S1 assicurano affidabilità anche in cicli di lavoro prolungati senza derating termico.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eLa versatilità operativa è completata dalla gamma di tensioni disponibili: motore monofase 230V per impianti domestici o piccole utenze senza rete trifase, e motore trifase 230\/400V per applicazioni industriali che richiedono maggiore coppia allo spunto. Entrambi i motori sono a 2 poli (2850 min-1), con efficienza energetica conforme ai regolamenti europei e marcatura CE secondo Direttiva Macchine 2006\/42\/CE.
